workout crew: changing up my routine a bit
since i got a few bills paid off with my bonus, im going to be seeing the trainer 3x per week for a bit
current:
monday - chest & bi
tuesday - cardio
wednesday - legs
thursday - cardio
friday - back, tri & shoulder
monday - chest & bi
tuesday - legs
wednesday - cardio
thursday - back & tri
friday - shoulders
hopefully i see some good results :x:
