Small spoiler, No/Black B-Pillar, The top of the car (excludeing roof) is at a slant.

looks like an 04 accord to me?
look at the wheel base... and the distance from the rear wheel to the back of trunk... and line it up with the rear windshield....
could be a dodge or a cougor too though

looks an aweful lot like a cobalt to me. wheel position lines up, has the right amount of fender flare... man those pics really suck.
