Whenever I get a crease in my ties I iron them out as I am ironing my shirts or pants or whatever I need to do.

But then again I dont have $100 ties or anything... so maybe I dont know about ties. I'll leave them to you :P

every time I look, they're all the same length. :dunno:
I have a 17.5" neck, and I'm 6' tall with short legs and a long torso...that tie shit doesn't work out for me too well.

I didn't know how to tie a tie up until a couple months ago. I just jumped on youtube and figured it out 10 minutes later. No more clip-ons for me.

There are extra long ties: http://www.boardroomties.com/neckties4.html

That website doesn't have a particularly good selection, but it's just an example. They do exist. You can try someplace that's either big and tall specific, or has a wide selection of crap like a Men's Warehouse or whatnot..

just make sure you get the right dimple on the tie. dead center. and the short length in the back, not be too short... the front not too long. tip should end at the middle of your belt buckle. good rule of thumb is to have the short length be about as long as down to your 4th button (from the top) before tying.
