I spent two years living outdoors and didn't have all that shit with me...

yeh, no gun, what would you take off? this is like 6 or 7 college kids going to a state park with two tents, not like we are going to the middle of no where.

Guns aren't usually allowed in state parks or national parks, so carry at your own risk

You can get any of this at Walmart
Sleeping bag is kinda optional, but it is nice
I'm not talking a big shovel, I'm talking a little garden shovel to dig a hole for you to take a shit in
And the iodine tablets you can get at Walmart cheap, just in case you run out of water. I suppose you could always run out and get some if it comes to that h:

Your original post didn't say you were going to a state park so I thought you were going into the wilderness. I've been camping many places where wild hogs roam and I'd not want to be unarmed when having a few rummaging around my camp site.

if they don't have public restrooms there, get a 5 gallon bucket and lid and cut a hole in the lid and bring some trash bags. throw a bag in the bucket, shit, then pull it out and tie the bag off and throw it in another bag and tie that.

alos, for 6-7 people i'd probably bring 2 5 gallon jugs of water.
