it says distance in miles. 4 laps is 1 mile. If it were showing laps there would be a green light lit up next to the word laps.
You can see in this cell phone pic where is shows laps ( I did 33.2 laps) and the green light is light up. It cycles between laps and miles.

I feel very weird carrying a camera into the wellness center, I think Im just gonna do the honor system even though that isnt gonna mean anything to you guys at all. So Im staying in the running, but out of the race.

Not to be a prick or anything... but i've known Jon for like 7 years. I dont know it it counts for anything... but hes always been a good friend to me and a good guy in general.
His wife is an awesome runner. Shes been running for like 7 years or so.
Now I cant say he can run... and I cant say he cant... but I can't run 8 miles after 5 weeks of off and on practise. I dunno. I vote for Labarinth ban and exclusion from all HAN challenges.
