Not to be a prick or anything... but i've known Jon for like 7 years. I dont know it it counts for anything... but hes always been a good friend to me and a good guy in general.


His wife is an awesome runner. Shes been running for like 7 years or so.

Now I cant say he can run... and I cant say he cant... but I can't run 8 miles after 5 weeks of off and on practise. I dunno. I vote for Labarinth ban and exclusion from all HAN challenges. h:
