a guy on arfcom is selling a shotgun that i want to buy but the fuck won't ship it.
looking for someone to meet him and buy it from him and ship it to the gun shop in my town.
all you have to do is box it up (if it doesn't come with a box) and bring it to the post office.
nothing is final til i find someone willing to do this.

The guy is just an ass and doesn't want to ship. It has nothing to do with legality or anything else. It's not a straw purchase because that's only applicable if the buyer isn't legally able to purchase which is not the case.
