I need to cut a bit more fat. Also, I'm 6'5", so it's a bitch to build more muscle at this point (I'm a 3x8 @120 for dumbbell rows at this point

I was too careful to not overdevelop them, and I realized last week I had been neglecting them altogether. In the next month I plan to show improvement in those, my forearm muscles, lower back, and sides.
Also, mind you, I'm a big guy... I'm doing shoulder shrugs with 120lb dumbbells, and that puts a lot of strain on your arms...
