I was too careful to not overdevelop them, and I realized last week I had been neglecting them altogether. In the next month I plan to show improvement in those, my forearm muscles, lower back, and sides.
Also, mind you, I'm a big guy... I'm doing shoulder shrugs with 120lb dumbbells, and that puts a lot of strain on your arms...
