on the th-50px600u it only goes up to 1080i, I can get it for 2407.65

the th-50px60u is up to 1080i as well and I can get that one for 1899.53

if they come out with one in the 40" range I'd consider it, but 50"+ is way too large for my taste.

What's your viewing distance? How far from the TV is your chair?
