Thanx for all the replies fellaz :hugglez:. Yeap, clean title is rare. This is one of the three I found on craigs, the other 2 were in the dealer for over 10k. Lol that b16 is gonna be out of there in no time. A friend of mine got lucky and won a t-boned, rolled over Type S off Rancho Auto Auction. The motor however was untouched 
. Long story short, he wants to cut his losses and is selling me the car for 2100, what he got it for. Im thinking its a good deal since only the motor is almost 3x that h:

u can sell a legit b16 trans with VINs with a premium on Honda-tech. someone will pick it up for like 4grand. seriously. try it.
