work dilemma...
Fawk...so I ended up going in early. My fiancee finally calls me right as I'm walking in to work and she's like "Hey, I'm out of work now." and I was like "Hey, I'm AT work now." :a: Man, I really can't stand my manager but I look at coming in early as insurance. She's coming back at 6 am to relieve me so I imagine if I hadn't come in early to let her go home she would've come in late in the morning or something.
And no she's not hot. She's like late 30's and bleh. IMMoldfrontdeskmanager. She used to be a stripper.

She may be earning a bigger paycheck as a manager but she's not hourly and probably dislikes working "overtime" due to lack of "overtime" pay. When I worked in the hotel industry my pay as a department head was based on working 45 hours a week. I never had trouble getting any of my staff to come in and work over though, they all loved getting overtime, especially when a call in meant that they got 4 hours pay for it.
