I've already got one. I work 2 jobs and go to school full time. 
h: This hotel thing is just my "extra" part time job. But it's great because since I work the audit shift, I get paid more than the day shift people to basically just do my homework or whatever I want.
I don't mind picking up the extra hours as much as the fact that I like knowing that she's stuck at work until I show up.

why would you do favors for a manager that you dont respect. if it aint mandatory ot, i wouldnt go in. if u are going in, then dont whine about the situation you put yourself in cuz im sure the manager could care less about you

More money. Hopefully you're in an hourly position. I'm here 12 straight hours on my 5th day. Salary of course. Next time she's not flexible, let them know you came in early on short notice. That's how you roll.
