ya know... i wonder how many times you could get away with the following...

grab something out of the clearance bin, as wandering around store swap clearance price sticker with product you really want...when rings up at counter bitch because its marked way less...consumer laws require them to sell at marked priceh:

not that i would ever do it because i have morals but its an interesting thought how long it would take them to catch on

They double check, they ask the customer where they got it from, an employee checks to see if others have been marked, and depending on management that day, they either give it to you for that price, or they tell you it was a mistake and it's obvious what the real selling price is. That shit is pulled more often and I was always that bitch to check the price of the items. Also, you'll be suprise how easy it is to memorize 90% of the items in the store and how much they sell for

yea they do that, but if its marked at say 2.99 and the other three are 10.99 it doesnt matter, you have to sell it at that 2.99, at least here in MI. ive been burned like that before, ive had product change price and before i could reset the pricing on the bottles someone bought one and burned me, for example right after a sale.

The managers here are dicks then... IF an employee can't find another product at the same price, they won't sell them, besides target clearance tags are easily noticable

yea clearance things they might be a little tricky to pull, but AZ might have different laws.

i just know in MI you have to sell at the marked price...shit here its like a 50,000 fine if you dont have the shelf and the individual product priced, and even if just one of them isnt priced they can technically fine you
