I will post pics of the other project we did over the holidays in a little bit. We enclosed the front porch at my parents and made a sunroom out of it, along with adding a deck on the outside of it for nice mornings.

But yes, nothing beats my mommas cooking. You can take that to the bank.

Garages aren't bad, you just have to be more clever with you usage of space. Which is why I have to build a huge building, not clever at all.

That is only about 1/4 of what we have.

My family has about 450 acres altogether, but some of the farms do not connect.

Here is the breakdown of "we":

Myself
My brother (co-proprietor of LLC)
My parents who own the land and everything that sits on it
Sometimes my Uncle, who is a wonderful help and likes to build things as well

We do some outside work, but I don't usually charge anything close to what I should. I believe all of the contract work will stop soon for me since I am going to be ramping up to building a house, along with all of the furniture in it.
