I can't tell you how much easier it is to get women with your own place. I was living in a dinky studio and I was ashamed of that. now with a condo, the women are really impressed. I already christened the condo the first weekend, I've got 2 dates this weekend, and 2 more prospects lined up. the poon seems to flow when your rockin the condo
