new house maybe?
:x: we have been kicking around the idea of getting a house in (at least closer to) syracuse for awhile now... last week we found one we like, a lot.... going to look for the 2nd time this weekend... the only thing holding us back from putting an offer in at this point is that we haven't listed our Utica house yet :hs:

2 houses in our neighborhood just went on the market....
-both have 2 bedrooms, ours has 3.
-neither has a garage, ours has a big 1 stall, could fit 2 cars in there if you were slick
-our house is +400 sq feet on theirs
- they both have backyard neighbors, we sort of do but not as close as theirs are.
thinking we might list for what they are listed at and hope for a quick sale. +1 for living in a desirable neighborhood with affordable housing.

well, since you live in cali and i dont feel threatened by the possibility of you harpooning it from me

zillow link is cooler, you can do aerial views from each direction and also see how close the golf course is to my garage
the actual listing that i have doesnt really show much for the outside of the house.
details: 2450 sq feet. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 2 fireplaces, living room, family room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and 4 stall detached garage on 3.3 acres on a golf courseh:

yeah, im slow.... checking right now to see if i can figure it out .... brb with a post edit for you....
okay i really cant tell.... there are 2 course and to be honest, im not sure which one is which.... and based on the zillow images vs. the score card images, i cant seem to figure it out...
