logic tells me that of the 2 courses, east and west, the holes near the property should be for the east course.... it might be the 9th hole, score card cartoons are the suck for comparison to real images h:

newark, NJ is the armpit of the world with gary, indiana being a close 2nd. Utica is too small to even compare.
