O i missed the part about him being offduty. But if im correct that shouldn't matter though. I mean, if an off-duty cop shoots someone, you cant go after the precinct he's with can you? I dont know how off-duty and associations work.

yeah. i'd say that'd be pretty unfair if the airline has to fork up money when the guy is off duty.

plus, something just doesn't sound right about the whole scenario. why would you go ahead and keep trying to sleep when some dude is reaching up your shirt and "spooning" you? i'm thinking she might've been liking it until he got his load all over her.

 

The Airline might just not want this to make a big deal and could settle out of court.
