i don't think you need a license, I don't remember. but if you kill another person while you're on a vehicle, you just pay the family 2000 bucks and you're good to go.

yea in Europe its about $2500, my oldest uncle is waiting as long as he can until he gets his daughter a license, lol shes almost 18.
