It wasnt clear why the weight was stated. If the weight was stated to describe the items shipped, then she fucked up. The weight would have very well been describing the phones in the picture:
The items in the pictures are Motorola ABCDs. They have so and so features and weigh so and so ounces. :dunno:
Not that I would be siding with a scammer...but the Judge should have let this be an example to dumb ass bidders who do not read the fucking descriptions.

if she clearly stated the auction was for the pictures of the phones, then she would have a valid case. but we don't know because Judy wouldn't shutup.
