This is the most stupid scam i've heard of yet.


They bought 2 cell phones on ebay at ~ $200/each and got a picture of the items. :rofl:

It's been around for a long time now. Most popular one is selling game system boxes but everything about the ad says game system and then in tiny letters in some obscure spot it states it is the box only.

I remember a case where a guy was selling a Xbox box, and he clearly stated in Bold, and Big letters many time through auctions, but the bidder still bid on it.

He wasn't a scammer but to make people aware of it. Of course he always refund a part of their money (- the ebay & transaction fees and stuff).

He had a blog on a website some where. Yet I still find people being stupid and bid on these.

I bidded on a pair of "Armani" slacks on ebay for 20 bucks, but found out they were fake, should I go on Judge Judy??
