Elliptical for me.

But for the stitch, I tend to get them when I don't drink enough water.

1. Try not to eat within 1 or 2 hours before your run.

2. Inhale as the foot opposite the stitch hits the ground.

3. Keep proper posture.

4. Learn to breathe rhythmically, and not too deep.

Yeah I was working on rythmn breathing tonight but it's tough to get used to because my endurance makes me short of breath easily, but when I did get into the pattern I did notice an all around improvement in my motion.

Posture I have got down pretty well and I am adding some core strength exercise to my routine to try and help the stitch a bit more (and the sessy 6 pack abs). I guess I should either notice a difference in a week or have to figure something else out, but I am not going to quit running
