it actually didnt take a whole lot of work. i just cut out all sodas, most fast food, and limited my junk intake. i also made it a point to park at the far end of parking lots and such. ive been lax in all of those lately thus it's caught up with me.

I am 6'4" and 220 but would like to cut down to 200.
I dunno I have never really been fat per se but I don't like being 220 unless I can cut it up into muscle as opposed to extra baggage
