it actually didnt take a whole lot of work. i just cut out all sodas, most fast food, and limited my junk intake. i also made it a point to park at the far end of parking lots and such. ive been lax in all of those lately thus it's caught up with me.

best of luck

Just remember not to neglect cardio after each work out.

worst advice ever, never mix cardio and working out in the same session, they cancel each other out.

"Cardio sessions deplete liver glycogen. Weightlifting uses muscle glycogen. The corresponding sugars that replenish these stores, fructose and glucose, interfere with the absorbtion of one another, which is significant in the critical span of time you would want to take opportunity of post-lifting to drink your protein shake.

A few minutes of moderate cardio as either a warm-up or a cool-down prior to, or after, lifting is fine, however. That can increase growth hormone secretion. "

warm-up or cool down is fine, but that should not be in the "cardio" department. :db:

I am 6'4" and 220 but would like to cut down to 200.

I dunno I have never really been fat per se but I don't like being 220 unless I can cut it up into muscle as opposed to extra baggageh:
