nothing special, really.. just staying away from starches, fats, too much carbs, sodium etc.
basically this is how my day goes
wake up
whey protein shake
3 egg whites, 2 wheat toast, strawberries or blackberries
snack is jello yogurt, gelatin or some fruit
lunch is chicken, fish or shrimp, veggies and maybe wheat bread or brown rice
snack is jello yogurt, gelatin or some fruit
dinner is the same as lunch, generally. maybe some sirloin.
drink water at each meal and also throughout the day. generally i'd estimate a gallon a day.
i drink a protein shake 1 hour before workout and then again when i get home from the gym.
i've been using strictly pam instead of oil or anything like that.
