Dude, same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago. I was the first and only car at the green light and then SNAP, I saw it flash me and I checked to see if I was imaging the green light and I was not. I turned to Brittany and she was like "Why did it take your pic?"

I havent received anything either.

 

For one it is illegal modification of a license plate which is a nice fine if you are caught with it...and yes people get caught with it especially by laser

Two I said "He always posts garbage in every thread" meaning you have yet to post something worth reading in any thread you post in. Everything you post is simply for the sake of getting one more post on your count and not because you have anything worth saying or worthy of reading.

i got hit by Ez-Pass cameras for speeding through a tollbooth.... it was 25 in a 15

no fine though

 

I have said it nicer in other threads but since he didn't get the hint I had to lay it out there in plain writing

 

i heard this from a lil bird.

since traffic tickets are issued to the person and not the car it is possible to fight the ticket by argueing that the person driving was not you. i.e. if the picture taken was unclear and the person driving cannot be identified cleary then you can fight the ticket.

i heard that a hand up in the face blocking the camera works.

 

I got screwed by a camera at a toll booth like 3 weeks ago. The booth said "Cash" and it was lit meaning there is supposed to be an attendant in the booth taking cash. There is this long ass line of cars ahead of me and I see the guy in the front car get out and walking around aimlessly. Apparently there was no attendant in the booth and there was no way for me to switch lanes because 1.) All the other lanes were ez-pass only and 2.) Traffic was too heavy. So people started just rolling through this booth and I see the camera going off one after another. But I figure "Eh, the port authority will catch it when they see like 30 violations in a row."

2 weeks later I get a letter saying I owe them the $6.00 toll plus a $25.00 ADMIN FEE. WTF PORT AUTHORITY!!!! :madfawk:

You've got to understand, this is in NYC. People are fucking crazy in NYC. People were already honking at the dude that was walking around and threatening him if he didn't get back in his car and go. Last thing I need is a bat to my windshield.
