sorry, too late. already put it away in tupperware, wont look too good.
sauteed clove of garlic and half an onion in butter.
browned four spicy itailian sausages out of casings.
added almost a whole normal size jar of spaghetti sauce.
added about a cup of vodka (smirnoff, its all i had).
let it simmer down for like 15, 20 minutes.
sometime while it was simmering, i added brussel sprouts cut into quarters that i had boiled for a little before, to cook them. they were frozen.
added heavy cream, not a lot, just enough to give it a lighter red color.
added in grated parmeasean cheese and melted it in.

I'm an not a fan at all. I have to drown them in butter and seasoning to find them appealing and by that point you're pretty much cancelling out any of the benefits of eating them in the first place.
