Default anyone here worked with a physical trainer?

theres one here at the gym i work at that charges $40 for 1 session per week or $100 for 3. i'm starting with 1 next week to see how it goes but i just wanted to get some feedback.

he said his plan covers exercise routine, diet and keeping track of exercises etc. this should be able to help me stay motivated also :x:

I've always seen them as a waste of money but if it motivates you to work out, then go for it.

I hired a physical trainer at the gym. It seems to be working out great. She pushes my harder then I would have pushed myself.

I used to do it on the side.

They are good if you dont know anything, they can show you how to do things correctly and for $40 a pop I would be motivated to go.
