Default Picking up a new car tonight..

Well, maybe not new, but its my new beater car. With all the work Im getting done to the Honda, I dont want to put so many miles on it (over 15k in 10mos). Anywho, It's a 1974 Mercedes Benz 450SE. Im excited!

It has a little rust (and I mean a LITTLE) and a rip in the leather seat. Heck, if I end up liking this enough, maybe Ill fix it up.

Pics tonight!

Your beater is that clunker? Do you need to pull a choke knob to start it?

 Haha! Choke knob. That would be awesome. Is it diesel or gasoline? Some of the Merc diesels go forever.

Not sure what fuel it takes. My guess is diesel. Also, I like that it is a 4.5L V8 RWD.

6 more hours till the Benz is mine.

4.5L? Wowzers You're going to get horrible mileage, even with a diesel. I hope you don't drive too many miles.

Shouldnt be too bad, the Merc will probably be my to and from work car (2mile round trip) as well as an errands car.
