Default workout crew: what is this gym machine called?

most of the machines in the gym are labeled, but this one isn't.

it works the lower back/obliques... you sit down, facing the machine, and there are pads that go between your thighs for leverage. you hold handles, and rotate your body about 90 degrees against the weight. anyone know what i'm talking about?

That's the one from Rocky IV that Ivan Draco was using. Looked like he was in a robot frame.

Probably called something like an oblique abductor.
