cooking chicken in the oven

Default cooking chicken in the oven

i have like five or six chicken breasts and i want to bake them.

temperature? time? marinade? ive never baked chicken before, help me.

i was thinkin some italian dressing and hot sauce on them with some garlic, salt and pepper :dunno:

Lemon Zest FTW!!!...Italians gonna make it too strong and sour...Same with garlic

well I tend to put some honey mustard sauce over them ( light coat ) and let them bake for a few.
or

my favorite.......just douse them in some eggs(scrambled ) then dip them into bread crums and fry em....

or pull a man vs wild and just eat the darn thing raw. FTW!

italian dressing is always a good marinade for chicken breast. not so sure about the garlic part.


one of my favorite chicken marinades is tequila and honey...its amazing

as for oven... open grill > oven for chicken


id guess 350 for about 20-30 minutes...i really not sure on the oven temp and time

im limited on the supplies that i have, im not gonna go to the store h:

again, no honey mustard. i want to bake it because im trying to stay off of fried foods and shit. made a bunch of tortilla crusted fried chicken for the super bowl :yumyum: thats what i want to cook the rest of this, i have a pot full of spanish rice left over.

again.. supplies, probably gonna go with the italian. and yeh, the grill is a lot better, but im at school and we dont have a grill here :shrug:

chop up some onions and green peppers and bake it with the chicken.

350 for about a half an hour.

oh almost forgot...u need a couple dashes of lime juice for the tequila and honey sauce....
