I'm so sick and tired of the global warming crap. I wish it would just go away. The media is trying to sell it as an end of the world crisis that is a matter of days away. Its not a man made issue, its a load of crap. There is more important stuff to worry about other than this crap.

 

No, it's not a man made issue. But it is still an issue. And why not try to clean ourselves up a little in the process?

but bullshit like the kyoto protocol and UN reports that call for the apocalypse? give me a fucking break.

but just like the ozone layer, this too will die off, and something else will come along and take its place.

what worries me though is the kind of damage that the sensationalist hype is causing.. that might be far more serious than "global warming".

 

is it because you dont believe that "global warming" is something thats caused by human activity? just curious, nothing personal

 

it's because the media and our politicians don't know how not to deal in excess.

everywhere you look someone is screaming at me that global warming is going to kill my children and rape my wife. also, history has shown that these idiots love to grab the latest scare and run with it.

just the facts please, and stop yelling at me.

Yes, it is a man made issue. People have always had an effect on our environment. The controversy was not if there is global warming, but how significant and negative of an effect it has. And the success of our civilization depends on how we respond to the climate changes, no matter if it's our fault or not.

 

I won't be around to see that shit disappear so it's hard for me to really care. :hsdunno:
