Camera with bluetooth?

i have one of those, bluetooth is just easier, i dont have to plug eject the microSD, put it in the reader, plug the reader in.
i use a laptop so i cant have a reader plugged in all the time

iirc, bluetooth transfer speeds max out at 2Mbps.

it'll be much faster to remove the card and use a usb2 card reader

yes. BUT at 2mp, my images are only 200-500kbps
so its faster to transfer via bluetooth. also I transfer whenever I take the picture, so I'm not batch transferring

Nikon S7c and S6 have WiFi which would make much more sense for transferring images from a camera to a pc.

Kodak is real hit-or-miss with their cameras. I have a P880 which I really like, but those V-series dual lens cameras don't even let you adjust the jpeg compression setting.

For a semi-decent camera that can transfer files wirelessly I would definitely go for either Nikon over the V610. None of them will really have particularly good image quality but the Nikons will be more usable.
