I bought my dell a month and a half ago, and I have a free Vista upgrade coupon that came with it.

Been running Vista RTM now for 2 weeks and just installed the beta nVidia drivers released today for Vista as well.
No issues with files so far and yes Nero 6 doesn't work and Nero 7 will, but Nero 7 is a piece of poo and I want 6 to work but thats asking to much.
I prefer ImgBurn now over Nero for my day to day burning.
Vista is pretty snappy if you have a decent rig and still goes pretty good on a slower one.
7gb to install compared to 2.5gb for XP.
