That sucks dude. The penalties for breaking your lease are pretty strict, but it works both ways. If the landlord was to try and kick you out and you hadn't done anything wrong, you'd get similar money coming your way.

How far did your company move that you can't afford the rent? How much time is left on your lease? Craigslist is a great way to advertise for roomates if you need to find a new one.

i'm commuting 25 miles now, and after the company moves, it'll be 45 miles h: and traffic around universal studio ain't pretty :madr:

least ends in august 2007, but company is moving in april... either way, i will have to break the contract, so why not now

but i do look forward to seeing cute female japanese tourist at citywalk everyday at lunch :love:
