i found out my penalty for breaking the apt lease
$2600 :sad:
$1300 for one month's rent penalty and $1300 for the special (one month free) we got when we first moved in

yep u gots to read the lease. the apt complex i live at they r pretty stict at enforcing their leases. they will go after u legally..
