So turn your cellphone off go sit in a corner and read a book.

I use equate brand mouthwash everyday (listerine knockoff) and I actually have noticed a little brown-ness between my teeth... I figured it was just from all the cola I drink.
That really sucks, if I don't use it I have stanky breath but I don't wanna mess up my teeth

More to the point, I've used Listerine pre brush whitening rinse and have noticed positive results. After using it once or twice I immediately noticed a diff. and then it took much longer for further results but if I use it once a day and keep the cola and coffee to a minimum the results are undeniable.

Not to dismiss your post but according to the link RicoD provided they don't harm your enamel. Maybe the report's author is in the pocket of the teeth whitening mafia.

As far as toothpastes containing acid, I think they pretty much all do, at least citric. All I know is that my stuff costs $1, contains acid, and says it's safe for everyday use(as they all do). Here's hoping they're telling the truth.

I like a nice white, straight smile, but careful with these-you can over do it and that can be equally unflattering for guys.

I use the Rembrandt line of daily tooth paste, it maintains a white smile but it is gentle. I have over whitened and had to use colgate to maintain my breath but get the focus off my teeth and shade.

Quick question...does anyone here know how much the gold teeth can cost or the gold outline?
