Take home Teeth Whiteners
I use whatever "whitening" toothpaste strikes my fancy when I go to buy, not really attached to one brand or another. I also have been chewing Trident White gum for years. My teeth are plenty white.
I have a Rembrandt liquid non alcoholic mouthwash that's supposed to be a whitener as well.

I want to get a whitener through my dentist...my friend did it and it worked REALLY well and fast. The only thing is, I bet its super expensive. The strips are no good for me - its hard to not talk for 30 minutes and if I talk, the strips slide off

the crest renewal strips work really well. toothpaste and mouthwash r not on your teeth long enough to make them white. some mouthwash u have to watch out for they will stain your teeth brown especially between the teeth. crest prohealth is one of them. ill have to look up the ingredient that does it but its the one that has the highest precentage on the package. kills germs very well and stains the teeth..
