i eat salad everyday for lunch and im not losing weight
decent sized salad, just basic salad mix from costco, no meat. about 3 tablespoons of low fat dressing @ ~45 calories a tablespoon. estimating no more than 4-500 calories total for lunch
dinner is random and can't be more than 1000 calories
so 1500 calories a day and i see no results, i should see a pound loss every two weeks?

haven't done cardio in months. i do drink lots of water from the brita pitcher on my desk but i dont eat salty food so i pee every hour.

You are only eating twice a day and 1500 calories? Nope not gonna work your body is storing every bit of what it is going to need until the next feeding which is obviously some time away.
