i eat salad everyday for lunch and im not losing weight
decent sized salad, just basic salad mix from costco, no meat. about 3 tablespoons of low fat dressing @ ~45 calories a tablespoon. estimating no more than 4-500 calories total for lunch
dinner is random and can't be more than 1000 calories
so 1500 calories a day and i see no results, i should see a pound loss every two weeks?
