Weight gainer
I've been trying to gain weight for a while and I gain it really slow. I can eat anything adn I pretty much just maintain my weight... I want to try some weight gainer. Would you guys recommend this? If so, then what brand? Thanx
Damn. 130 something @ 5'9"?!? Tell your doctor what your intentions are for weight gain. Through blood tests, he/she may be able to tell you what your body absorbs well, and what it doesn't. Could save you a lot of time and money getting the formula down right.
I hate the doctor :ugh: ... Well between college, studying, not eating well and playing basketball and working out some, I really can't blame myself for not gaining weight... I'm gonna try weight gainer for a month or 2 and then if that fails I'll see the doc, but not until then. Whats a good trustworty brand?
I dunno what brand to get, but trying to gain 30+ pounds isn't something to take lightly. Your body is built the way that it is for a reason, and if you're not in bad health, it's running fine the way that it is. Screw vanity (if that's part of it) and get on a good program for your overall health.
Dude wow, you're a twig. I thought I was skinny and I am 5'7" and weigh 148. Yeah, you're definitely going to need to eat more carbs.

Weight gainer gets expensive because the serving sizes are so large and it fills you up when you take it cause it is all calories. So make sure you can still eat your normal meals too when/if you take it. I have tried it but i never buy a long enough supply to really testify for or against it.
