h:. But yea, I don't think I'm ment to be bulky, I never was, I was always the skinny kid, but I want to change that...
If you want to lose weight, go on a diet (not being mean). Eat carbohydrates (bread, spaghetti, etc.) and go jogging. The Carbohydrates will store energy so you have energy to run. But, if you dont run, the energy turns into fat. Also, when trying to lose weight by running, try not to run so fast. Weight is lost by jogging at a considerable pace for long periods at a time. If you smoke and need to gain back your stamina, then sprints are the way to go. Sprinting is a cardiovascular work out. Not only can it help your lungs and regain stamina, it also gains speed and endurance. Phew... I should be a doctor
I was a chubby lil kid. I was fat from elementary through like freshman year. But, I felt unconsious, like most fat people, so I started weight lifting and and running (but I still ate mcdonalds like crazy). Now, look at me...

first off is this to gain weight for muscle or just to gain weight like muscle and fat?
Best way to gain weight is to eat a lot of protein and carbs like aznpimpin89 said. avoid running and lift like 3-4 times a week. ultimately you want to catch up with your metabolism rate. its simple a matter of putting in more then you put out, but i still can't figure out how to do that easily.
Last if you don't eat breakfast start and drink lots of water.

WATER plays a GIANT, HUMONGOUS, ULTIMATE, INCREDIBLE role in running. First off, it hydrates you. Duh! Second, if you run a lot like I do, you need to drink water like 1-2 hours before you run. Drink a lot of water. Drink til you piss clear because that way, you will never be dehydrated and you will never fall out, or, stop running.
Hehe, I also find this interesting. Most people that dont have experience in good running, they seem to always quit when they feel the first slight of exhaustment(is that right?). But, dont stop. I found out (and this happens to most people) that when I first start running, I will feel super tired at first, but when I jog long enough, I reach a point of no exhaustion and i can run for long distances! Anyone else get this?
