Damn I feel like jello right now.
Did a full upper body workout starting with max weight in each and doing as many reps as possible, then removing ten pounds and repeating until down to just bar

yep! u need to stretch the muscles out while they r still warm..that will take some of the stiffness out that will be there tomorrow..just stretch them and keep breathing through it.. pull slightly hold for about 30 secs each and still breathe..people tend to hold their breath..it'll get better as your body gets use to the lifting..
