Home workout crew. Hi.
I wanted a bench to do some dumbbell workouts on. I see the benches for like $70-150. I was wondering if there was some other alternative to be able to do these workouts at home. Holla.

Actually this might serve me well. I went to Sports Authority, and their prices were a lil higher.

Just nut up and buy a bench. I got mine for like $160 just before the holidays and I am glad I didn't go the way I was thinking.

I cant have that big of a bench. And space is a big issue. Thats why I was wondering if there was another way to do those excercises. But I guess not
I will check out the BM stores this weekend.
