Just send your block out and have it done. You do not want to fuck this up.

AEBS
Golden Eagle
Benson
Darton

Just to name a few.

they are not cast iron. they are ductile iron. i would not trust just any local machine shop to sleeve a honda block. but if this is what you want to do, you can buy darton mid sleeves from www.exospeed.com and have them installed.

in all honesty it will cost you about the same to send it out and have it done at say darton as apposed at some machine shop unless they are doing the work for next to nothing

i had just over 1000 into having my block sleeved with dartons at the shop and i think darton charges like 1150 turnaround to do it

Damn, what kind of power are you planning for? You can easily reach 400whp with the OEM sleeves and a good tune.
