no.

dead pixels are part of manufacturing... and you will need more than one pixel for the manufacturer to take it back.

My Macbook shipped with a faulty "4" key, and when I took it to the Apple store they messed up the mouse button. So I called Apple and they fixed that, and now my left arrow is doing the same thing the 4 key is doing. I'm going to wait until summer to send it in since I need my computer for school.

I have had better luck with Apple support as opposed to Dell support. Very little wait on the phone, understandable techs, somewhat slow on fixing it and getting the computer back to me, though.

It's a good computer otherwise--I haven't had a problem that debilitated it. But as my friend with a 12" powerbook with zero problems said, "They aren't making them like they used to."
