Failing to maintain "safe" control of your vehicle.
Breaking traction.

Then they contact the parking lot owners or leasing company etc. and advise of what the lot was being utilized for and offer to press charges. Most of the time the owners etc. will seek restitution for vandalism for defacing private property with a shit load of skidmarks.

i don't know if your right or not, but all i know is that i had to pay over $700, it wasn't Govt. property it was this furniture store called RHODES, i got busted cause some dude called in and said that it looked like some kids where about to get into a fight. those kids where my other friends who where outside watching me. i sure as hell am not gonna pull that shit again
