finally able to bench 100 lbs

hey, keep at it. but i dont recommend lifting everyday. thats definitely not a good thing. let your muscles rest


on a side note, i could bench 185 about 4x's when i was a 5' 9" 135lbs 17 yr old senior h:

DAYUM. Im almost at 100lbs dumbells/per arm on the flat press and I weigh 180.

when i was 13yrs old, i tried weight lifting for the first time and i thought 90lbs was cake for brench pressing................ i dropped it on my first rep h:

seriously, it sucks having long arms when you're trying to get ripped. muscles are longer so it takes more work trying to make them bigger.

i finally visited my high school since i graduated. went to go work out with the football team. freshmen keep getting bigger and stronger every year. one kid maxed out 200lbs on bench :eek3:

oh yeah, this was my first time at a gym in i don't know how long..

225 felt like i was trying to bench a car h:

don't worry though, keep working on it. i went from 5'11" 135 lbs to 6'1" 200 lbs in like 3-4 years.
