yeah it sounds like an upsell tactic to me as well. Olevia has been making TVs for a while. they were making tvs for other "high end" names.

We should have daily sticky's of 'great deals', kind of a 'consumer savings bulletin WOOT!' thing. I know there are things I'm trying to keep an eye out for good deals, but I can't be looking everywhere all day long. I'd be willing to guess many of us have the same tech-type interests.

My TV arrived today. I just finished breaking it in with Batman Begins. It's quite awesome.


My Roomate helping with the unpacking.


The smaller TV is a 26" widescreen this nice LCD is replacing.
