to my defense, I wasn't really meaning it the way it was read....I was merely trying to emphasis grill >> skillet

I prefer a nice seared outside and still bleeding center :drool:

we got one in milwaukee. I did the 36 oz steak and made it look easy

i dont have the stones to touch a 36 oz steak but the texas toast there is unmatchable anyplace ive ever been :drool:
